That is a really good video. I guess it is important for hockey players and refs to be fast. Especially for high level refs, because they will need to keep up with the players! Great videos to. I posted one for hockey players on my site I think it is a really good power skating video let me know what you think of the site! (I'm going to develop it a lot this winter)
