This is amazing! This is exactly how all games should be all levels. Butch is able to have fun yet work his butt off and continue to make the right calls. You can't let fun get carried away which Butch never does. My brother introduced me to Butch about 5 years ago at the WCHA Final Five in St. Paul. Seeing him on my brother's instruction videos from USA Hockey Summer Camps, and seeing how he carries himself on and off the ice makes him a great asset to the game of hockey and the community of officials. If only there were more like him.
